life :)

WOW - I cannot believe we are in Feb already! It's bonkers how quickly the time flies!!!

I just wanted to say a little hello. I'm right in the middle of writing for the next album (starting to get some ideas I think - it's a wonderful feeling - still have a looonnnnng way to go though :) I'm also in the thick of leading worship at home twice a month, doing school runs (which I need to dash out for a just a second), being a mummy of increasingly busy girlies (which is code for spending more time in the car), and of course, helping Alan pastor our amazing church.

Busy, but fantastic!!!

Will write again soon.

Hi Kathryn, I have recently come across your music- a blog at Xanga.com had one of your songs playing as their page's background music- and I just had to find out more about the person singing the music! :)
I would like to share with you what an inspiration your music has been to my children and myself. My son(15)is a worship leader in the making- and my daughter (12) plays the violin and sings. The children were in their room last night practicing I Belong and Search Me, Know Me for hours. Recording themselves, mixing the tracks and layers of vocals.... Your music, testimony and the anointing in your music has inspired another generation of worhsip leaders to do lay their best talents at the foot of the King. :)
We hope to get to know both you and the Lord better through your music. :) God Bless.

Hi Kathryn,
I must've been living in a dark hole! How is it possible that I had not heard your beautiful music?? Another blogger I visited today had "I belong" on her playlist and I was instantly captured. So, I googled you! I couldn't contain my excitement (read Wildly clapping my hands and shouting "Yippee" & "Woo Hoo" here) when I discovered so many of your gorgeous songs on the CCLI Song Select Database. I'll be using them at Church very soon and teaching them to our Choir THIS WEEK!

God is using you in a mighty, mighty way!!!! Can't wait to hear what God's currently planting in you.

Blessings,
Kathy (from Tasmania, Australia)

Hi Kathryn,
Any chance we can get a download link on your webinar tomorrow, after the event. We're travelling tomorrow and can't make the webcast.
Maybe you could post it on your blog?
Hope it goes well!
Thanks.

Hey Kathryn
I was listening to your webinar with Dan Wilt the other day and I was impressed with what you had to say.
I remember being at Breakforth a couple years ago in Edmonton and you were there and I remember saying to myself, "there's someone I haven't heard from for awhile" and now I know why. What youv'e done is so important. I find myself a little frustrated with christian music as an industry, mostly because I spent a year going to seminars learning which has really benefited me. However along with the learning there is always been competitions, which I believe takes away from what God really wants to say and do. Kind of like a double standard. It's funny what we think of success in the music industry from a worldly perspective is really quite different from what God thinks about it. How unfortunate that is.
I look forward to your new album and the things God has put on your heart.
